BRIEF HISTORY

Approved Spotless Cleaning Services was formed in 1988 and specialises in the cleaning of shopping centres and office buildings. Our aim is and will always be to achieve a cleaning standard second to none and ensure that our customer's premises remain in a safe and SPOTLESS condition throughout.

GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION

Due to Government Legislation and Health & Safety, Approved Spotless Cleaning Services joined forces with Fallow Management Ltd in 2000. This ensured that all Government Legslation is being adhered too, and to ensure the safety of all staff members.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

To ensure that we could meet the demands of our customers who require a multi function service with one point of contact,  in June 2007 Fallow Management Ltd restructured into three divisions to solve this problem. 

These divisions are:

• Cleaning Division (Approved Spotless)
• Security Division
• Environmental Division

NATIONWIDE

Fallow Management Ltd are now a nationwide provider of support services offering a single monthly invoice for all FM related costs, supported by a detailed financial report summary of all costs incurred.

CUSTOMER OVERHEADS

We understand that creating and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment is one of the largest overheads companies have to bear, by giving our customers the opportunity to use all three site services we aim to reduce those overheads.

STAFF EMPLOYMENT

We currently employ over 300 staff and as well as a full range of cleaning services, offer a number of added-value services such as window cleaning, graffiti removal and feminine hygience services for customers looking to consolidate services.

QUALITY ASSURED
Prior to the commencement of a cleaning contract, we design a cleaning schedule that incorporates all the cleaning work required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. All daily and weekly work completed is inspected and documented by our Contract Manager, Area Supervisor and Site Supervisor, all documentation is available for discussion at management meetings.
