Benefits Package

The personnel related cost savings ASCS provides are generated through increased productivity, process improvements, and technology NOT low wages and limited benefits.

Furthermore, recruitment is generally now quite competitive and so to attract the suitable standard of personnel we look to pay a good competitive wage. This means setting pay to reflect the requirements of the job plus any specific skills or training needed, as well as ensuring that it is better than the average for this type of work in the local area. Therefore the time taken on this initial research is time well spent for the future of the contract.

 

Holidays
All staff are entitled to 4 weeks holiday.

Overtime
On Public or Bank Holidays, ASCS pay overtime at double the normal rate. At all other times, unless agreed by our customer, any overtime is paid at the normal hourly rate.

Uniform
To promote a smart tidy image to our customers, ASCS issue uniforms as appropriate for each location and task. This is provided to staff at no cost and is replaced on the basis of reasonable wear and tear. Standard issue comprises of:

  • Red or Black Coloured Polo Shirts - with logo
  • Black Cargo Pants
  • Fleece or Sweatshirt - with logo
  • Safety Shoes
  • Blouses / Shirts for Management team
  • Navy or Black Suits - with logo for Management team

Uniforms can be customised to suit clients' corporate identity.
