Our company's objective is to provide the customer with the best quality of service possible. To achieve our objective we operate a Quality Management System specially designed to meet the requirements of the customer's cleaning specification. Our Quality Management System is designed prior to the commencement of the contract and will operate through a three-part inspection report. Each item on the specification will be inspected in each area. The distribution of the document is as follows: 1st copy to the inspector's subordinate 2nd copy to the inspector's manager 3rd copy retained by the inspector. This ensures prompt remedial action is taken when necessary. Regular well-documented inspections lead to a consistently high standard of service being provided. Our monitoring system is also used as a pro-active management and communication system, resulting in well-motivated staff dedicated to the achievement and maintenance of higher cleaning standards. |

Upon completion of the inspection, the cleaning operatives will sign the report to acknowledge their understanding. This process of accountability ensures that prompt corrective and preventive action is taken when necessary. The data is analysed regularly to identify those areas where training or equipment are in need of review. |
